If you are like me you really want to eat right but you just get pulled in so many different directions it is hard to figure out what to believe and what not to.
I came across this article that is entitled “10 Mistakes Women Make With Diets”. It talks a lot about what women tend to believe, fads, why we eat the way that we do versus how males encounter the same situations and at the end of each noted mistake it gives you a solution to fix it, which I think is very important.
Some of the 10 are : Overeating at night, Going to extremes with carbs, and Eating fake health food. All of which I have had trouble with in my past and currently.
I’m sure that at least one of these “10 Mistakes” will resonate with you if you have ever had any kind of hiccup with your nutrition. If you have the time it is definitely worth the read!
